The Team |
|
In our team, we hold no military ranks or insignia, we are all equal within the team without seniority or ordering issues. However, he have established positions and roles that fit every player character in our team. These roles are useful when operating and help us achieve more effective results completing the team goals. We aim to move effectively, coordinated as a whole, but we are also working towards achieving effectiveness in smaller groups of 4 and/or 2 players. We believe that the team should know how to operate as an organised group while in the same time it shouldn't lose it's effectiveness operating in smaller core groups.
The decision making process while operating in one or various blocks depends on experience and situation analysis from what we have seen in games. The techniques and tactics we use as well as the mechanisms of executing such decisions are not to be discussed through these pages as they constitute internal organisation matters.
